Thank you for choosing Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth process for all.
All projects begin with a consultation to establish the design direction, materials and functional requirements.
Custom sketches, samples, CAD drawings and mood boards may be provided as part of the design process. Design concepts remain in the property of Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are considered confirmed once the quote is accepted in writing via email.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate materials procurement and production schedule. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pick up.
Payment methods accepted is Bank Transfer or Cash.
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of booking. While we strive to meet them, timelines may shift due to supplier delays or the bespoke nature of your piece. Significant delays will be communicated promptly.
We source all materials from a wide range of trusted suppliers.
If you choose to supply your own fabric materials, you are responsible to ensuring suitability and quantity. Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans is not liable for wear, fading, defects or durability of client supplied fabrics.
Each piece is made or restored by hand. slight variations in stitching, finish and detailing are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered faults. Structural alterations or restoration works are quoted separately and disclosed in advanced.
Changes to your order after the deposit has been made may affect pricing or lead times.
If you cancel after materials have been purchased or work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
As each piece is custom made to your selected specifications, cancelation requests must be submitted in writing and will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.
Delivery is available within metro and regional areas to ground floor only and is quoted separately.
The balance is due prior to release of goods. Goods remain the property of Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans until full payment has been received.
Completed pieces must be collected or delivered within 14 days of notification unless otherwise arranged based on the discretion of Jai Jai Upholstery Artisans.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during third-party transport.
We reserve the right to photograph finished work for our portfolio, website or social media.
